We are a small family business which, for many years, is engaged in renting vehicles. Company was founded and situated in Croatia. Following trends in the age of globalization, we strive to be different from others. When talking to clients, we always try to adapt to them and tailor our business style and offers to their request and suggestions.
For many reasons, we are not listed in the big global online car rental platforms.

Individual approach to clients with their first and last names rather than numbers.
Reservation processing and answer to any questions we handle personally, not a computer program that does not provide any personal and accurate answers to yours questions.
For any questions, or in case of problem you always get the same person on the same phone number. You don't get some strange call center number in Hong Kong, India or Liverpool who represent platforms where the vehicle was booked. In our case, you call our company support where all questions will be solved immediatelly and instantly.
There's no waiting at the car rental counters. With us You are always welcomed and client is always on the first place. You will get your vehicle for maximum 3 minutes. Because we try to park the vehicle as close as we can so that you can continue your journey quickly and without much paperwork
With us, You don't get the papers and car keys at the counter, and then you go to search for a vehicle among a hundred vehicles in the parking lot. We personally take you to the vehicle, we help with a luggage and if you have any questions about the vehicle itself we try explain you in detail.
When returning a vehicle, we try to do the same quickly.
There is no forced credit card charging. If any speed or parking penalties we receive after you leave, we will notify you (scanned and mailed to you). We will charge your credit card after you give us permission, or you can pay the amount of the penalty directly on our bank account. You can even pay the next time you rent a vehicle with us again.
Clients who have already rented a car with us do NOT need a credit card (neither when booking nor during rental).
When making a reservation, car brand, model and type are exactly defined:
- caravan or sedan,
- fuel type,
- gearbox type,
THERE IS NO OFFER "OR SIMILAR". Because an offer "OR SIMILAR" is an undefined offer. Imagine you order "STEAK OR SIMILAR" in the restaurant. You probbably wont be sure what you get until waiter comes to your table. Not so comfortable situation, right?
